Serving Those Who Served

As a dental officer in the Navy, it was the greatest honor of my life to serve the Marines and Sailors at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. After choosing to settle with my family in Lewis Center and start a dental practice, I wanted to continue this service in whatever way possible. In addition to the many community events I support, I focus much of my philanthropy on local veteran-related organizations.

Striving For Perfection

Two men face each other in the center of a 42 foot circle in front of 20,000 people in a packed arena. After a lifetime of hard work, in seven minutes or less one man's hand will be raised and he will be declared a national wrestling champion.

Simon Sinek’s groundbreaking book “Start With Why” has been a source of inspiration to me since before I even opened Moore Dental at Lewis Center. Toward the end of my Navy career, it helped me define why I wanted to start a dental practice. I recently revisited his motivational and challenging book again in order to create our Patient Promise.

How Freezing Flies for Research Helped Me Become a Better Dentist

It was still dark as I walked across the quiet parking lot towards the back door of my new dental practice. It was an early Tuesday morning in August of 2015. Everything was new to me – a new town, new patients, new staff and a new opportunity to be part of a growing community. Thanks to this wonderful community, the last two years have been more rewarding than I could have imagined.
